The action of sitting is both a functional and complicated situation.

The chair, an object designed to support the body in certain situations, is often an overdesigned or underconsidered repository of discomfort. This performance investigates how the human body might forge a different relationship with such an object of humble origins, as concept and metaphor for deeper conversations between the body and technology.
